2025 Poinsettia Fundraiser
The Madison Recreation Department is pleased to offer a new fundraiser. We will be selling Holiday Poinsettias to continue to raise money for our sports awards case, entryway renovation and new sports banners at Madison Elementary School Gym. These festive poinsettias are high quality plants & grown direct from your local NH grower! We are using the same local gardeners that we used this fall for our beautiful mums.
The standard Poinsettias are available in two different sizes and three different colors: Red, White, and Pink.
The pot diameter sizes are:
• 6 ½” (1 plant per pot),
• 8” (3 plants per pot).
We also have three specialty poinsettias:
• 6 ½” — “Sugar Cookie,” this is a white poinsettia sprinkled with iridescent glitter,
• 6 ½” — “Rudolph,” a red poinsettia with fine red glitter dusted on top, and
• 6 ½” — “Spirit of Christmas,” a rich red poinsettia that sparkles with gold glitter.
PAYMENTS: Cash & Checks can be paid at the Madison Town Hall. Please make checks payable to the “Town of Madison” with “Poinsettia Fundraiser” in the memo. If paying by credit card, please use our Madison Rec Square option.

All orders are due by 4:00 pm, Wednesday, Nov 5th. We need all your orders and payments by that date to plan for delivery. Any orders that are not paid for in full before that date will not be processed. The delivery location is Madison Elementary School. The delivery date will be Wed Nov 26, 2025. (Away for Thanksgiving and can not pick up your order? No problem, we can deliver them to your house, just let us know if we can help)
