Visit our Registration page to register your campers and athletes for their programs.

Once registration is completed, you have several ways to access our online payment site.

  • Scan the QR Code on this page on your phone camera, and tap the link that appears on screen.
  • Click this link madisonrecnh.square.site.com to directly access our online payment site.
  • From the Registration page, click the Pay Online button to access our online payment site.

Once on the online payment site, select the item for payment, and follow any instructions in the Description for the item.
