Fall Mums Fundraiser
The Madison Recreation Department is pleased to offer a new fundraiser. We will be selling Fall Mums to raise money for a sports awards and memorabilia case to be displayed in the entrance of the Madison Elementary School Gym. These Mums are beautiful, high quality plants & grown in a 9 inch pot direct from your local NH grower! We are offering the mums in four color tones: Yellow/Gold, Orange/Bronze, Red/Burgundy and Purple/Lavender. Please keep in mind, the first color listed is the first choice and the second color is a possible substitute if we feel the quality is better. The mums are $12 each.
PAYMENTS: Cash & Checks can be paid at the Madison Town Hall. Please make checks payable to the “Town of Madison” with Mums Fundraiser in the memo.
If paying by credit card, please use our Madison Rec Square option.

All orders are due by 4:00 pm, Friday, September 12th. We need all your orders by that date to plan for delivery. Delivery location is TBD. The delivery date is Friday, Sept 26.
